Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally. We also offer in-store pick up from our Hamilton location. Please choose the shipping option that applies to you at checkout.

Please note that we cannot ship sealed TCG product or aerosol spray cans internationally. Orders that include aerosols shipped to the South Island may take longer to arrive than standard orders.

We provide parcel tracking services for all orders via NZ Post and Post Haste Couriers throughout New Zealand, and with their international partners outside of New Zealand. Tracking information is provided by email for all orders when they are dispatched.

We ship all orders within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. If we are unable to meet this commitment, we will contact you directly via phone and/or email to provide further information and an estimated dispatch timeframe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you directly via phone and/or email.
