Description
Finally the starting point for the large expedition is here. Several groups of adventurers will begin the search for five long lost cities. Which group will find them first?
Each player sends his adventurers on different paths. For each step along a path, the player must play a card in the color of the path. However, not just any card of the matching color will work. Each new card must be equal or greater than the previous card. After each turn, the player draws a new card. As the game continues, the player may acquire cards he cannot use - these he can discard instead of playing a card. By careful planning and some risk-taking, a player can successfully move his adventures to find lost cities.
The first steps of a path score negative points for players, so they will have to plan to move their figures more than a few steps to earn positive scores. On the way, there are possibilities of finding extra victory points, moving faster, and acquiring artefacts. With a little luck and careful planning and use of the event tiles, a player will find his way to victory!
